David Hubble
David H. Hubble, D.Min. Executive Director
Dr. Hubble is formerly Vice President of Pennsylvania Adult and Teen Challenge, Vice President of a Bible College and Seminary, Pastor for 16 years, has been President of two charitable foundations and has worked throughout the United States as an independent consultant.
The need for the unique services of Life Catalyst is particularly close to his heart as his oldest daughter died as a result of addiction at age 30.

Paul Keisling
Paul Keisling, MSW, CPRP Co-Founder of Project Transition
Mr. Keisling is a psychiatric social worker and co-founder of an organization with multiple sites in Pennsylvania and Tennessee that provide long-term behavioral health and support services for individuals who have a history of serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorder.

Joel Jakubowski
Joel Jakubowski, MA, CRS, CIP, CADA Director of Men’s Programs, The Potter’s House, New Holland, PA
Mr. Jakuwbowski’s career includes being the Executive Director of a faith based long term residential program and formerly the Chief Clinical Officer for a faith based residential program with four sites in Pennsylvania and three in North Carolina. After 20 years in addiction he found freedom 15 years ago.
He is the author of “We Didn’t Raise Them This Way!” (Educating, Equipping and Empowering Families to Manage Drug-Addicted Behaviors), and a popular presenter on the subject of addiction.

Clayton Arp
Clayton Arp, Vice President of Living Free
Mr. Arp has worked in the recovery field for over 30 years. He has directed both adolescent and adult residential facilities as well as nonresidential programs. As Vice President of Living Free he works with faith based non-residential programs throughout the United States.

Life Catalyst is a Christ centered program focused on helping individuals and their families whose lives are out of control because of drug and alcohol addiction and other life controlling issues.
Life Catalyst exists to:
- Address the needs of individuals in recovery and assist those in active addiction to find the appropriate level of care needed.
- Provide guidance and support for loved ones of those in active addiction and recovery.
- Walk with those who have lost loved ones through addiction.
- Train concerned individuals to be more effective in assisting persons in recovery.
